We are currently seeking for our Quality team in Greece a Quality Control Maintenance Lead. Reporting to the Quality Control Team Leader, the main purpose of the role is to complete and lead the processes for eliminating losses related to maintenance and breakdowns of laboratory equipment at the lowest cost as well as building capability in the team to support in delivering the business result and fully applying PMI standards and policies.

Your ‘day to day’

  • Leading product planning for new launches, accessories, and consumables in Cyprus, working closely with the Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
  • Assisting in the design and implementation of the product portfolio strategy, contributing to commercialization plans and communication development.
  • Localizing global brand communication toolboxes and creating local content across digital and offline channels to ensure relevance and consistency.
  • Collaborating with agencies to develop high-quality Reduced Risk Product (RRP) content and assets, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams (Digital, Commercial Operations, Finance, Legal) to support the rollout of monthly commercial initiatives.
  • Monitoring and managing monthly budgets, providing input for financial reporting.

Who we’re looking for:

  • A university degree and at least 2 years of experience in Brand or Trade Marketing. Digital experience is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • A positive attitude, creative mindset and collaborative spirit.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a team-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in English and frequent use of MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
