Domo Properties is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing efforts across multiple channels. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a diverse range of responsibilities, from conceptualizing and executing events to managing our digital presence and strengthening our brand identity. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies, eager to roll up their sleeves and make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Management & Coordination:

  • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of marketing events, including property launches, open houses, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, promotional material creation, and on-site management.
  • Develop engaging event themes and activities that resonate with our target audience.
  • Track event success metrics and provide post-event analysis and recommendations.

2. Digital Marketing & Online Presence:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive website traffic.
  • Manage and optimize Domo Properties’ website (e.g., content updates, SEO best practices, user experience improvements).
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), including visually appealing graphics, videos, and compelling copy.
  • Manage and execute paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads), including budget allocation, targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor online reviews and reputation management, engaging with feedback proactively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

3. Branding & Content Creation:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Develop compelling and on-brand marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, property descriptions, and advertisements.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality visual content, including professional photography and videography of properties and events.
  • Write engaging and informative copy for website, social media, press releases, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with external agencies (e.g., graphic designers, photographers) when necessary, managing project timelines and deliverables.

4. Marketing Strategy & Analysis:

  • Contribute to the development of overall marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to management.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on all initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in a hands-on marketing role, preferably within the real estate or luxury goods sector.
  • Demonstrable experience in event planning and execution from conception to completion.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media management platforms and analytics tools.
  • Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Strong creative flair with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Limassol/Cyprus is a plus.
