Mechanical – Electrical Engineer

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading energy technology firm specializing in designing, developing and deploying custom solar hybrid systems, is seeking a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.

📌 Location: Drosia, Athens, Attiki

🖋️You will be reporting to: Business Development Manager

Scope of the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and management of electrical systems and power distribution projects, ensuring efficient performance, regulatory compliance, and the successful delivery of engineering solutions.

What you will do:

• Design and develop electrical systems
• Oversee and optimize power distribution networks
• Manage electrical engineering projects
• Perform system analysis
• Ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative energy and industrial solutions

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE)
• Proficiency in electrical design and strong foundational knowledge in electrical concepts
• Experience with power distribution systems and managing related projects
• Knowledge of Power Systems including analysis and optimization techniques
• Experience working in the energy or industrial sector is a plus
