Mortgage Sales Officer

Job Description:

• Contacting leads, presenting available mortgage options, reviewing financial data and advising clients based on their needs and the lender’s policy
• Educating clients on the mortgage loan process and requirements
• Identifying client needs and helping them choose the most suitable mortgage product
• Analyzing and comparing different mortgage solutions available to the client
• Preparing and submitting mortgage applications
• Acting as an intermediary between the client and the bank throughout the mortgage process
• Assisting clients with the mortgage pre-approval process
• Guiding clients in completing and understanding the required documentation
• Delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring support throughout the entire mortgage cycle — from initial consultation to loan disbursement and post-sale assistance if necessary
• Staying informed about lending options, bank policies and maintaining excellent relationships with financial institutions
• Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and financial legislation

Candidate Profile:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of housing loan product lifecycle and process flow
• Strong client service orientation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly detail-oriented and well-organized
