Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic person to become our Office & Digital Coordinator. This role offers a blend of office administration and digital content creation, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to our brand’s digital presence. You will be responsible for bringing structure to essential tasks, ensuring administrative processes are efficient, and proactively flagging issues. Main Duties:

Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and support administrative processes.

Help produce, Organize and maintain internal documentation.

Manage website updates and schedule/post digital content for social media.

Support communication efforts reflecting the brand voice.
-
Monitor key customer data points, including credit status and product usage.

Proactively identify and flag issues for timely resolution.
-
Coordinate routine team needs and functions.
-
Ensure timely collections from clients.
Skills & Personality:

Digitally enabled.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (must!).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Professional, ethical, and polite approach with a passion for success.

Proactive mindset with the ability to spot and flag issues before they become problems.

Comfortable working within a team or independently, in the office or remotely.

Fast learner, eager to grow across operations, communication, and digital tools.
Computer & Platform Skills:

Effective use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Apple iWork (Pages/Keynote).

Comfortable using web-based platforms and tools (e.g., Canva) and effective smart use of AI tools for productivity

Capable to manage posts on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X).

Basic website content editing (WordPress).

Comfort working with internal content (shared folders, documentation, or wiki-style tools).
Academic Background:

A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
