Career Opportunities

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational functions of the office. This role requires a well-rounded professional with a strong background in banking and corporate systems in Cyprus, and a sharp understanding of the local and international business environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage day-to-day operations of the Baker Tilly Nicosia office, ensuring smooth and professional administrative function

  • Oversee all general office management duties including supplies, facility needs, vendor coordination, and staff support in collaboration with other departments

  • Manage corporate compliance, governance, and liaison with relevant regulatory and public bodies

  • Oversee family office banking operations, including account management and transaction execution

  • Coordinate with lawyers, accountants, and external advisors on behalf of the family and associated businesses and internal departments

  • Maintain organized internal systems, digital filing, documentation, and confidential records

  • Track and report on family business, including liaising with investment managers and providing regular updates

  • Handle office budgeting, expense tracking, and procurement of goods and services

  • Assist in overseeing personal, household, and lifestyle logistics for family members, including scheduling, travel, and service coordination in collaboration with relevant family office (department)

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support for various family business matters

  • Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders related to both office and family matters

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • Proven experience in corporate administration, banking operations, or financial services

  • Strong knowledge of local regulatory and compliance frameworks, particularly for international business structures

  • Fluent in English

  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of discretion and integrity

  • Experience working in or with Family Offices is a strong advantage
