Representing our client, WILTON Coffee House in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an Operations Manager and are offering a highly competitive salary.
About Us: Wilton Coffee House is a popular coffee house that focuses on great coffee, light food, and a friendly atmosphere. We’re seeking an Operations Manager to help us run smoothly and ensure our customers’ satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of coffee house service, from barista workflow to front-of-house, ensuring exceptional quality and smooth coordination.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise team members; foster a collaborative and enthusiastic work culture; schedule shifts.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every guest receives friendly and attentive service; handle feedback professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards for coffee and food preparation, cleanliness, and safety.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor sales, manage inventory, help plan promotions, and assist with financial planning to meet targets.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes, enhance the menu, and develop our brand reputation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience (3-5+ years) in coffee shop management or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of coffee.
- Strong leadership and people skills.
- Organized and good at solving problems.
- Comfortable with computer systems for inventory and sales.
- Great communication skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- A passion for coffee and customer service!
