Payments Administrator

PAYMENTS ADMINISTRATOR

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

• Processing and analyzing payments and vendor invoices 
• Supporting treasury functions including liquidity assessments and ledger reconciliations 
• Support the Treasury Team in managing petty cash and employee reimbursements 
• Collaborating with Finance and Treasury teams on invoice tracking and reporting 
• Handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate records 
• Process incoming and outgoing payments (cash, cheques, bank transfers) 
• Credit card accounting transactions and clearances 
• Reconcile cash balances and prepare daily cash reports 
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies 
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for payment-related issues 
• Assist in month-end closing procedures related to cash and bank accounts 
• Bookkeeping of travel expenses and invoices 
• Management of supplier’s master data 

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment 
• Solid Accounting knowledge 
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel) 
• Understanding of accounting principles and cash handling procedures 
• English language skills
