Job Description
Primary duties – Personal driver:
- Safely and timely drive the employer to local destinations as instructed
- Safely drive the employer’s relatives, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized by the employer
- Ensure that the car is always clean by regularly taking it for wash
- Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in great condition
- Report promptly for any issues (mechanical, electrical, body, damages) identified on the vehicles under his responsibility
- Proactively arrange to take the car for regular service and maintenance, following approval of the indicative cost estimate by the Line Manager
- Safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employer’s car (s)
- Consider different routes, check climate, and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take
- Keep a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours
- Carry out other assignments that may be given by the employer
Secondary duties – Maintenance assistant:
- During non-driving working days, capable and willing to assist the Maintenance team with activities related to the regular maintenance of the building
- During non-driving working days, to assist with other activities related to project work, as assigned by the Line Manager
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s licenses.
- Prior experience as a personal driver is advantageous.
- Thorough understanding of road regulations.
- Clear criminal record.
- Neatly presented and professional.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Ability to work during evenings and on weekends, as required.
- Fluent in English language.
- Capable to assist in simple maintenance activities
- Non-smoker during driving days
- Trustworthy and loyal
- Technical related education (electrical / mechanical) would be considered as advantage
