We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Solutions Manager to drive our pre-sales initiatives for Cognyte platform. In this pivotal role, you’ll work across various critical sectors helping us deliver innovative solutions to our clients.
As a Cognyte you will:
- Lead Solutions: Spearhead pre-sales activities, crafting solutions for Cognyte analytics platform to address the unique challenges of our target segments.
- Drive Customer Engagement: Manage all customer-facing interactions, from initial commercial and technical discussions to compelling product demonstrations and presentations
- Enable Sales Success: Partner with sales to provide technical leadership to customers and prospects, delivering impactful product presentations and conducting successful Demos/POCs for prospects, and customers
- Manage RFx Responses: Lead the entire RFx response process, including detailed requirements mapping, high-level solution design, accurate solution sizing, and strategic budget and pricing development.
- Continuously Expand Expertise: Invest time in learning new product features, staying current with industry developments, and broadening your overall technical skill set.
Requirements
For that mission you’ll need:
- 5+ years’ experience as Solutions/Presales in a global high-tech company – advantage
- Ability to work independently as customers technical/presale key focal point, while promoting company goals
- Independent Leadership ability to act as the primary technical and Solutions/Presale focal point for customers, independently driving initiatives while aligning with company objectives.
- Outstanding English communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated public speaking prowess, with the ability to deliver engaging and informative technical presentations to both technical and executive audiences.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory to meet with clients and support sales efforts.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Background in intelligence technologies and methodologies
- Proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
- Background in Big Data, Machine Learning, Fusion Analytics
