We are looking for passionate, hands-on Product Manager to join the ConnectX team, someone who can think strategically and execute tactically. a professional who understands market needs, maps these needs to well-defined requirements for products/capabilities, and leads the end-to-end lifecycle of products to join this innovative team and make it even more magnificent! You’ll own the requirement full product lifecycle from ideation and market research through delivery and go-to-market, working closely with R&D, QA, design, and other PDMs to bring innovative capabilities to life.

What will your job look like?

You will…..

• By understanding the market, customer challenges, and our product’s outstanding abilities, we will get to differentiate Amdocs vs. the competitors, competitive analysis, ideation new features
• Own the end-to-end product feature lifecycle, from concept, business need, validation, and definition to launch and post-release optimization.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and validate ideas.
• Translate strategy and market insights into business epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with the ConnectX roadmap.
• Collaborate daily with R&D, architects, testing teams, and UX to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality execution.
• Partner with other PDMs to ensure cross-feature alignment and consistent product experience.
• Validate delivered features against business goals and customer expectations, driving continuous improvement.
• Act as the subject matter expert for your domain, supporting internal stakeholders, presales, and customer discussions when needed.
• Lead internal enablement sessions to prepare for rollout and ensure readiness across delivery, support, and marketing functions.
• Support sales channels as the product and market specialist for applicable product(s)

All you need is…

• At least 3-5 years of experience delivering successful software products in a Product Management or similar role (e.g. product design, Pre-Sales engineer, product marketing) in a related industry.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Experience in driving products through a matrix of R&D, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Executive, and Customer partners
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence across teams without formal authority.
• BA/BS degree in computer science or related area with 2-5 years product management and/or software development experience (SaaS preferred)
• Experienced in leading new initiatives (for multiple Product Management roles).
• Bachelor’s degree – MBA optional.
