As a Product manager, you will be overseeing the development, enhancement, and management of our product. The successful candidate will be collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding market trends, and ensuring that our product aligns with the company’s strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product roadmap for your team, prioritizing initiatives with data and customer insights
  • Act as the primary advocate for customer needs, consistently ensuring a top-tier customer experience
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate evolving requirements into clear wireframes and user stories
  • Engage diverse internal stakeholders to discover new opportunities and align technological solutions with strategic objectives
  • Oversee the complete delivery lifecycle of product features, from inception through global deployment and internal team adoption
  • Strategically guide the development of payment flows, optimizing for security, conversion, and global scalability
  • Drive the integration of new payment methods, evaluating market trends and competitive landscapes to enhance offerings
  • Monitor and analyze payment processing metrics, identifying areas for improvement in authorization rates and dispute resolution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of robust product management experience within the FinTech, payments, or banking sectors
  • A strong background in collaborating effectively with international teams exceeding 100 individuals
  • Demonstrate expertise in partnering with Finance to implement sound financial controls, processes, and data integrity
  • Exceptional proficiency in managing stakeholder expectations and fostering strong customer relationships
  • Show proven capabilities in interpreting complex data and transforming those insights into actionable product solutions
  • Proven track record building innovative solutions for end customers and managing full product lifecycles
  • Strong project management experience and clear communication abilities
  • Solid understanding of payment systems architecture, including gateways, processors, and relevant industry standards
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, ensuring efficient and iterative product development.
