Responsibilities:
- Drive the development processes
- Collaborate with other managers and business stakeholders to define clear, actionable requirements.
- Utilize Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, to ensure efficient and timely project execution.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure effective communication, coordination, and decision-making within the team.
- Leverage technical expertise to help the team overcome challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Oversee the distribution and resolution of production incidents beyond Level 2 support.
- Manage team capacity, lead hiring and onboarding efforts, and integrate new development processes into the team’s workflow.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in project management with a strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing development team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding team goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
