Amdocs is expanding its Bill Experience unit as part of the continued growth of our SaaS‑based billing lifecycle management platform, deployed on AWS and serving customers across the United States and Canada.
We are looking for a highly driven and organized Project Manager to lead delivery across complex, cross‑functional initiatives. This role sits at the center of product, architecture, engineering, cloud operations, and customer engagement, owning outcomes from initial scope definition through delivery, release, and operational handover.

What will your job look like?
- Translate scope of work into clear requirements, milestones, and executable project plans.
- Create, maintain, and present the project plan, tailored for:
- Executive leadership
- External customers and stakeholders
- Delivery and technical teams
- Build resource plans, track resource consumption, and monitor value delivery against plan.
- Own the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, from initiation through delivery, release, and transition to operations.
- Actively manage risks, dependencies, and change, with timely escalation and transparent communication.
- Enable and drive structured requirements capture and closure, ensuring high‑quality delivery artifacts, including:
- Solution documentation
- Design and architecture documents
- Delivery, release, and operational readiness artifacts
You will work hands‑on with:
- Product Management teams defining scope and roadmap.
- Solution Architecture teams shaping technical designs.
- Scrum and Engineering Teams executing delivery.
- Release and Deployment teams managing launches.
- CloudOps teams responsible for AWS environments.
- Operations teams ensuring production readiness and stability.
All you need is…
- A university degree in Compuer Science or Humanities.
- 2+ years of experience delivering complex, cross‑functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills, able to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Analytical skills, end to end thinking, risk assessment and analysis.
- Strong Microsoft skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self‑driven, with a continuous learning and improvement mindset.
- Experience with AI tools.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery models.
- Experience with SaaS and cloud‑based (AWS) solutions is strongly preferred.
- Experience in BSS, billing, or telecommunications is a plus, but not mandatory.
