Our Cyprus office is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join our Corporate & Tax Accounting Department for the position of Qualified Accountant.
Job description:
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Assistance with audits and preparation of audit files
- Preparation of management accounts and financial reports
- Participation in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Liaising with clients and external stakeholders professionally
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and local regulations
- In some cases, assisting with bookkeeping or VAT-related tasks if needed
- Conducting internal audit assignments across various sectors
- Evaluating internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance
- Preparing internal audit reports with practical recommendations
Requirements:
- Qualified or semi-qualified auditor (ACCA, ACA, CPA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting will be considered as advantage
- Fluent in English and Greek
- Years of experience in a related field: 2 to 4 years
- Knowledge on CASEWARE
- Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills
