Location: Limassol

M.G. Timinis & Sons Ltd is looking for a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Secretary to join our team in Limassol. We are open to both part-time and full-time arrangements. If you’re a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.

  • Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks, including filing, scanning, and copying.

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.

  • Assist with data entry and maintaining records.

  • Order and maintain office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

  • High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management or Secretarial Studies is a plus.
