M.G. Timinis & Sons Ltd is looking for a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Secretary to join our team in Limassol. We are open to both part-time and full-time arrangements. If you’re a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the reception area, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.

Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks, including filing, scanning, and copying.

Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
-
Assist with data entry and maintaining records.

Order and maintain office supplies.
Requirements:
-
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
-
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
-
High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management or Secretarial Studies is a plus.
