Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort is seeking to recruit a Reservations Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Process booking requests and enquiries on a daily basis through all channels (telephone, email, etc.) within time limits set for the team.
  • Assist guests with enquiries, requests, or changes to existing reservations, including modifications to booking dates, room types, and provide solutions to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.
  • Accurately input reservation details into the hotel’s reservation system, including guest information, room preferences, special request, and payment details, ensuring completeness and correctness of reservation records.
  • Manage all enquiries in accordance with Company’s standards and procedures, handling in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Exceed our guest’s expectations when booking by understanding and exhibiting knowledge of our facilities and the local area.
  • Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reservation reports
  • Handle payment processing for reservations, ensuring accurate and timely transactions
  • Aim to maximize revenue through up-selling of bookings and cross-selling of our Hotel.
  • Communicate effectively with other hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, and sales, to coordinate room assignments, special requests, and guest preferences, ensuring seamless guest experiences from booking to checkout.
  • To perform any other duties assigned by the Reservations Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working as a Reservations Officer for 4-5* hotel is preferable.
  • Preferred languages: Russian, Greek, and English.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, resourceful with excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Theova PMS is desirable.
  • Excellent computer literacy. Very good knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
