Mailo’s The Pasta project is looking for a Manager for its restaurants in Nicosia.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ordering of all Food & Beverages products and related equipment
  • Establish streamlined procedures and controls for the smooth operation of the restaurants
  • Daily checks ensuring that all established procedures and controls are met
  • Handling of daily operational planned and unforeseen events
  • Plan and execute weekly operational meetings and schedule
  • Handling the recruitment process
  • Managing the labour and F&B cost based on budgets and targets
  • Lead the team by guiding, motivating and supervising
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Handling of complaints for maximization of guest satisfaction
  • Implementing new guidelines from the franchise

Qualifications (compulsory)

  • Professional experience in the F&B sector
  • Proven experience in managing similar venues and teams
  • Excellent knowledge in computer programs such as MS Office, POS Systems
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language
