🎯 About the Role – Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated, tech-savvy sales professional with proven experience in B2B software sales, who is passionate about helping businesses transform through technology. Your mission? To help companies in Cyprus discover and adopt BigChange’s FSM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
  • Present and sell Field Service Management software tailored to client needs
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and build compelling business cases
  • Nurture leads through the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing
  • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and business owners
  • Keep accurate CRM records and work closely with the UK-based HQ to align strategy
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and product developments

🧠 Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • ✅ Has experience selling software solutions (FSM, CRM, ERP, SaaS, or similar)
  • ✅ Has a strong track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and deal-closing
  • ✅ Is energetic, confident, and eager to grow in a fast-paced tech environment
  • ✅ Understands how to map business needs to product features
  • ✅ Thrives in a consultative sales approach, and builds trust through value
  • ✅ Has excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Bonus:

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or other CRMs
  • Greek and English fluency (written and verbal)

🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in solution or software sales
  • Valid EU work authorization
