ICAP Executive Search,
on behalf of its client, a dynamic and innovative company in the technology sector, is seeking a driven Senior Bid Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end proposal and tender processes
for government and enterprise-sector clients.

Senior Bid Manager (/SBM/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full bid
  lifecycle: opportunity assessment, qualification, planning, content
  development, submission, and post-bid review
• Coordinate input from
  technical, sales, legal, finance, and delivery teams to develop winning
  proposals
• Analyze RFPs / RFQs / ITTs
  to ensure full understanding of requirements, deliverables, and compliance
  obligations
• Create bid plans,
  timelines, and review schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Write and edit proposal
  content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company’s value
  proposition
• Maintain a repository of
  reusable bid content and templates for future proposals
• Lead bid reviews and ensure
  adherence to internal governance processes

• Support negotiation and handover to project
  delivery upon award

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing bids or proposals in the software / ICT industry, preferably with public-sector or government clients
• Strong understanding of procurement frameworks, compliance, and tender regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex bids simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bid management tools
