ICAP People Solutions is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Human Capital Consulting team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in HR consulting or in-house Human Resources, who is ready to take an active role in both project delivery and business development, contributing to the growth and impact of our consulting practice.

The Human Capital Consulting Business Unit delivers integrated solutions across a broad spectrum of HR areas, including Talent Management & Development, Leadership Assessment & Development, Psychometric Assessments, Performance Management, Rewards, Job Evaluation, Career Transition & Outplacement, Organizational Effectiveness, and Learning & Development.

The Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in leading and delivering client projects, managing stakeholders, and contributing to the development of new business opportunities. You will work closely with the team and the clients to design and implement impactful HR solutions, while also supporting the growth of our service portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Human Capital Consulting projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction
• Design and implement Assessment & Development Centers, leveraging psychometric tools (e.g., Hogan, Aon) and structured methodologies
• Actively contribute to client relationship management, understanding client needs and proposing tailored HR solutions
• Participate in and support business development activities, including proposal writing, presentations, and client meetings
• Design and implement performance management systems, competency frameworks, and talent development initiatives
• Deliver feedback sessions and coaching based on assessment results
• Contribute to projects related to organizational development, culture transformation, and reward strategies
• Facilitate training workshops and development programs for clients
• Support career transition and outplacement programs with a consultative approach

Required Qualifications:

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Master’s degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline will be considered a strong asset
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, either in a consulting environment or in an in-house HR role with exposure to similar areas

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Experience with psychometric tools and assessment methodologies will be considered a plus
• Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken)
• Strong report writing skills (e.g., assessment reports, development plans, proposals)
• Familiarity with virtual collaboration and facilitation tools
