Optimum requires a “Senior Crew Officer” for the Crew department. Candidates must have at least 5 years previous experience in similar position and solid knowledge of all aspects of crew operations, including recruitment and selection, quality control, crew planning, certification, training , implementation of Company MS, monitor and control crew complement, appraisal procedure. Experience with tanker manning needs will be preferable. English fluency, and computer literacy are prerequisites.
