Join our high-performing Corporate Tax Team as a Senior International Tax Expert and play a pivotal role in managing global corporate income tax matters, supporting business operations, planning, group financing, supporting compliance and tax audit activities across the Amdocs group.
What will your job look like?
- Collaborate with the global tax team and the wider corporate and regional finance teams to provide support on international tax issues, risks, and opportunities
- Assist with tax planning initiatives, cross-border transactions, and group financing structures
- From a tax perspective, support merger and acquisition processes from the initial engagement phase all the way through to post merger integration
- Provide tax support to various internal stakeholders, including commercial finance partners, the procurement organization, and the corporate treasury team
- Engage with external advisors to monitor and interpret new tax laws and regulations, assessing their impact on Amdocs’ business and structure
- Support regional tax teams with compliance and tax audits as required, ensuring alignment with global tax strategy
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption within the tax function
- Build strong relationships with a wide spectrum of stakeholders across the organization and externally
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning the Amdocs business and wider commercial environment
All you need is…
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant international tax experience in a Big 4 firm and/or the technology industry
- Extensive international tax knowledge and familiarity with tax issues facing multinational companies
- In-depth understanding of global tax regulations, including BEPS and OECD guidelines
- Demonstrated analytical skills and effective communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and general project management
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Technology-minded and an early adopter of new tools and processes
- Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) and/or Qualified Tax Lawyer
- Proficiency in ERP systems
