Career Opportunity

We seek to recruit an enthusiastic, hard-working, and ambitious professional to join our Nicosia office as a Senior Marketing Generalist.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead comprehensive localised marketing strategies across multiple channels aligned with business objectives.

  • Mentor and collaborate with junior marketers, providing guidance on best practices, campaign execution, and analytics interpretation.

  • Oversee content planning and production, ensuring alignment with brand voice and audience engagement goals.

  • Manage internal communications and employee engagement campaigns to promote brand alignment and business goals across regions.

  • Collaborate with partners and subject matter experts to develop messaging that reflects the firm’s value proposition and expertise in audit and assurance services.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all print collateral, proposals, presentations, and corporate communications materials.

  • Assist with proposal development and pitch support, including templates, bios, and credentials documents, to support business development efforts.

  • Track and report on marketing activity impact, including awareness, engagement, and lead generation metrics

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in a generalist marketing role.

  • Strong experience in brand strategy, messaging, and integrated marketing campaign development.

  • Solid experience with content marketing, editorial planning, and audience engagement.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and derive insights to inform strategic decisions.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows.
