NYNN is a series of inspiring places for inspiring
people. We handcraft unique environments and experiences, from members’ clubs
to resort hotels, to entertainment gastronomies and more. NYNN is developing a
portfolio of diverse concepts in Greece with the intention to travel. NYNN is
initiated and bootstrapped by Temes S.A., developer of Costa Navarino.

Our first concept is House of NYNN, a private lifestyle
members’ club, located at The Ilisian. Spread across three levels and over
5,500 SQM, House of NYNN is designed for balance – where pleasure, work,
fitness, and wellbeing come together effortlessly. Thoughtfully curated spaces
include laid-back dining, vibrant bars, smart workspaces, next-gen fitness, and
the largest outdoor pool in central Athens. A rich calendar of events,
experiences, and entertainment that cuts through the noise, bring together a community

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for enthusiastic team members
with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and growing
in the world of mixology. Thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment,
you will support the team in crafting drinks with precision, providing
excellent service, and ensuring the bar operates smoothly. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Bartender, you
will contribute to the team’s success by undertaking the following
responsibilities:

• Provide a warm
  welcome and exceptional service, ensuring every guest feels valued.
• Prepare and serve
  classic and innovative beverages with precision and style.
• Offer expert menu
  knowledge and personalized beverage recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness,
  organization, and a well-stocked bar.
• Ensure compliance
  with F&B regulations and handle payments accurately.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Fluent command of English and Greek 
• Previous bartending
  experience is a plus
• Strong interest to
  learn about mixology
• Familiarity with
  Micros POS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Great team player, positive attitude, passionate and ambitious
