Responsibilities
- Ensuring excellent customer service and smooth spa operations
- Providing high-level services, including scheduling and organizing therapies
- Promoting and selling spa services and products
- Achieving established performance goals
- Guiding and supervising the spa team while encouraging teamwork
- Handling customer complaints effectively
- Complying with company policies and procedures
- Maintaining effective communication with other hotel departments
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Aesthetics, Physiotherapy or related field
- Proficiency in English language
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Familiarity with the wellness industry and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
