About the Role:
Solaar Hospitality Ltd, operating Mercure Larnaca Beach Resort is seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Aura Spa.
Job and Duties Description:
• Provide a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness services according to established protocols and guest needs.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional, personalized service in a professional, relaxing, and hygienic environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of treatment rooms and spa areas in accordance with health & safety regulations.
• Consult with guests prior to treatments to learn about their preferences and physical condition.
• Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to maximize revenue and enhance guest experience.
• Manage appointment bookings and accurately update client records as needed.
• Support the daily operations of the spa, including opening/closing duties, inventory checks, and restocking of treatment supplies.
• Collaborate with the wider spa and hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a qualified Spa Therapist or similar role in a hotel, resort, or wellness center.
• Recognized qualification/diploma in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or related field.
• Knowledge of a variety of treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and hot stone massage is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a warm and welcoming personality.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Must be an EU citizen or possess a valid work permit for Cyprus.
