REQ12883 Specialist, SMS & Mobile App (Open)
Position Summary:
The SMS & Mobile App Specialist will be responsible for managing the Melco Club app and executing strategic SMS and push notification campaigns to enhance customer engagement and communication. This role focuses on optimizing mobile touchpoints, supporting marketing initiatives, and improving overall customer experience through data-driven and timely messaging.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing the Melco Club App, exploring and implementing new features to enhance performance like geofencing, dynamic languages, optimize practices, digital catalogues.
- Manage the SMS calendar, ensuring timely and relevant communications towards customer database.
- Segment SMS and push notification lists based on specific promotions, audience activity, and engagement trends.
- Monitor and analyze SMS and push campaign results against Promotion redemptions and optimize performance and customer interaction.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SMS marketing strategy to support promotions and other casino initiatives.
- Support the upcoming implementation of an Omnichannel Communication solution, including CRM integration, communication flows, automation, and reporting.
- From time to time, management may change certain tasks based on synergies due to business requirements and operational changes.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Measures engagement and conversion rate to evaluate campaign effectiveness and user engagement.
- Monitors successful SMS/push message delivery and user opt-out rates to maintain list health and compliance.
- Evaluates content timeliness and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Digital Media, or any other related field.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in multimedia design or equivalent professional training
Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in SMS Marketing and mobile app management or digital communications.
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment preferably within the gaming, or entertainment industry.
- Previous experience of working in a similar role is essential.
Skills/competencies:
- Strong understanding of mobile communication strategies, including segmentation, and personalization.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and applying insights to optimize performance.
- Familiarity with app performance tools and push notification best practices.
- Excellent command of the English and Greek languages
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
