M.S Security Group is seeking to hire a Technical Administrator for our CCTV Department for our growing Limassol-based team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage the plan/scheduling demands for installations and repairs on vessels CCTV systems worldwide. Provide vessel schedules / planning with all open and new tasks to the Technical Operator.

• Facilitate daily schedule updates for Integrators and the internal team, and diligently maintain the calendar for CCTV systems installations and repairs on Galaxy and M.com platforms. Additionally, ensure thorough follow-up on installation preparation with vessels to guarantee a seamless process.

• Systematically monitor and coordinate maintenance activities for vessel CCTV systems. Offer valuable scheduling assistance to maintenance teams for enhanced operational efficiency

• Conduct a thorough examination of service reports, updating platforms with pertinent information, and archiving both the reports and supporting documents for comprehensive record-keeping.

• Keep track Monitor the integrator’s inventory including purchase orders and update the relevant platforms accordingly.

Key Requirements:

• Highly computer literate – MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Intern

• Very good ability in written and verbal communication in the English language

• Ability to work efficiently independently, as well as in a team, as required

• Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting and good technological approach

• A basic understanding of CCTV systems will be considered an advantage

Qualifications:

• High School graduate

• Computer Science or relevant certification/diploma will be considered an advantage
