ANDREAS STIHL SINGLE MEMBER SA has been the Greek distributor for the STIHL brand from 1999 and in 2023 established a branch in Nicosia, Cyprus. Our team is currently expanding and we are looking for a Technical Advisor to join our branch, based in Nicosia, Cyprus

Key responsibilities:

This position is responsible for maintaining focus on quality customer service, increasing sales, and STIHL equipment maintenance and repair. The successful employee will consistently provide quality customer service, actively seek projects to complete, order STIHL parts as needed, fill out warranty paperwork and process repairs in a quick and efficient manner.

More specifically:

  • Providing technical guidance and training to the dealer network (branches and points of sales).
  • Communicating with dealers and end-users regarding technical or commercial issues (via phone or email).
  • Managing processes related to branch safety and maintenance in collaboration with the Technical Manager.
  • Handling the procedure for receiving, inspecting, and repairing machinery/tools (both in and out of warranty).
  • Supporting the technical department in seminars, demonstrations, events, and dealer network conferences.
  • Coordinating and reporting technical issues to company headquarters.
  • Following up with dealers to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical matters.

Candidate’s profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar technical role (mandatory).
  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
  • Excellent command of the Greek language (oral and written).
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional language will be considered a plus.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Professional, reliable, and capable of working independently.
