The Telesales B2B Agent will have the following responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers to promote company’s products
- Maintain and develop fruitful relationships with customers and provide guidance and customized solutions
- Proactively interact with customers to identify and cover customer needs
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with the company’s solutions
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
The ideal candidate for the Telesales B2B Agent has the following:
- Previous experience in a relevant position is a plus
- Great communication and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of MS Office; experience in CRM software is a plus
- Fluent in Greek and English
