Tender Specialist

Job Description

  • Manage public and private tenders’ procedures (legislation, preparation, submission, translation and offers)
  • Provide support to the Sales Department in all tender-related activities
  • Maintain and update all relevant sales and tender documentation and files
  • Ensure all company certificates are properly prepared, stamped and signed
  • Liaise with legal advisors regarding certificates, contracts and related documentation
  • Assist in daily company operations and administrative processes

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the medical field
  • Solid understanding of Public Tenders’ System (ΕΣΗΔΗΣ)
  • Very good command of English
  • Proficiency in PC use (Office Suite, business software and tools)
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset with high level of accuracy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
