🔧 The Role:

We are looking for an organised and reliable Warehouse Manager to oversee our AV equipment warehouse. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, ensuring that equipment is prepared for events, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the warehouse operation.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Manage and organise AV equipment in the warehouse

• Prepare equipment for upcoming events and check-in returned items

• Maintain equipment condition – report damages, organise repairs

• Coordinate with the operations team and technicians for event logistics

• Manage loading and unloading of vans and trucks

• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and efficient

• Oversee stock levels and place orders for consumables or missing items

• Lead and supervise warehouse assistants and casual staff

🔍 Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse management (AV industry is a plus)

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Reliable, proactive, and able to work under pressure

• Physically capable of handling AV equipment

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Basic technical understanding of AV equipment (an advantage)

• Driver’s license (mandatory)
