In one sentence

The Wellbeing Expert will take full ownership of designing and implementing global wellbeing programs that create a positive and engaging employee experience, starting in March for at least six months. This role focuses on hands-on delivery and coordination, ensuring initiatives are executed effectively from start to finish, while maintaining alignment with global standards and driving measurable impact.

What will your job look like?

• Enhance Employee Experience: Implement wellbeing practices that support a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.
• Own End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of wellbeing programs – from planning and design through execution and evaluation.
• Optimize and Improve: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and introduce practical enhancements for better outcomes.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with HR, corporate functions (procurement, IT, Learning, C&B, OD), and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
• Leverage Data: Monitor program performance and use insights to guide improvements.
• Communicate Results: Share updates and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Ensure Global Alignment: Coordinate with regional teams to apply global wellbeing practices consistently.

All you need is…

• End-to-End Project Management: Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from start to finish.
• HR and Wellbeing Knowledge: Experience in HR or related roles with exposure to wellbeing programs.
• Strong Communication: Ability to engage stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a global environment.
• Practical Problem-Solving: Focused on delivering solutions that work and adapting to changing needs.
• Data-Driven Approach: Comfortable using metrics to measure success and inform decisions.
