responsibilities

As a Junior Marketing Analyst your primary responsibilities will be:

• Issue and maintain marketing budget spend requests from budget owners ensuring compliance & hygiene in accordance with global company policies
• Manage the life cycle of marketing spend from initial requests to closing by doing relevant consolidations, accruals and other checks
• Deliver Marketing spend analysis to proactively determine inconsistencies between actuals and commitment to budget and engage respective teams accordingly
• Ensure compliant engagement and contracting with subsidiary suppliers
• Be supportive from an operations perspective to various activities performed by the Marketing team
• Coordinates as needed key Marketing monthly activities across the Marketing teams

The ideal candidate for this Junior Marketing Analyst position should:

• Bachelors degree (B.S./B.A.) in finance, economics, accounting or marketing
• Be adept in using MS Excel
• Is Fluent in Greek and English
• Has analytical skills, be able to understand and generate insights from reports
• Can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders 
• Has beginner planning and organizational abilities and resolution and negotiation skills
• Can work independently, handle multiple requests in a timely manner
• 1-2 years in project support & coordination experience (preferred but not required)
