The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
IOM Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (“BEAC”) now invites interested Bidders to submit “Bid” for the supply of electricity power for 1 (one) year with the possibility of extension.

A pre-bidding conference will be held on 19th of June 2020 at 13:00 local hrs at IOM Premises, 7 Meg. Alexandrou str., 16452, Athens.
Bids shall be valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the submission deadline and shall be delivered to IOM Greece, 7 Meg. Alexandrou str., 16452, Athens on or before 30th of June 2020 at 14:00 local hrs. Bidding procedure will be conducted based on the rules of the International Organization for Migration. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the Bidders Total Bid Price in the form of a certified check, bank draft, letter of credit, or a bank guarantee from a reputable bank located in the country of IOM Mission.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
