We expect our supervisory team to successfully assist in our kitchen operations and ensure all the business needs are optimally met. The ideal candidate shall perform the following duties.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
We are looking to expand our team with a permanent full-time professional cook responsible for:

Prepare and cook regular meals or special cuisines

Prepare menu items properly by weighing, measuring, and properly mixing ingredients for

Be able to plan menus, determine the size of food portions

Set up and oversee buffets in the required situation

Oversee kitchen operation and its health and safety condition

Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers

Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment

Clean kitchen and work area in the required situations

Correctly estimate food requirements and costs

Manage ordering required supplies based on the estimated requirements

Be compatible to work in a busy and fast-paced and multi-task environment

Be capable of taking direction well

Control the quality of food to ensure the business standards are met

Employment Requirements:
Completion of secondary school

1 year to less than 2 years cooking experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training

Food Safety Certificate, or willingness to obtain before the employment start date
