responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager will include:

• Lead the Maintenance Team and build a high performing group by providing guidance and objectives 
• Plan and resolve installation and repair activities in a proactive and timely manner identifying realistic and cost effective solutions.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities including analyzing equipment needs, defining and implementing corrective actions, develop preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Monitor the execution of daily tasks of the Maintenance Team.
• Design and implement pre-emptive maintenance plans for the production facilities.
• Monitor and improve the efficient usage of spare parts.
• Perform quality control on the completion of Maintenance Tasks
• Apply safe working practices for all the team.

requirements

The perfect match for the Maintenance Manager position should have:

• University degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• At least 4 years of experience in relevant industrial positions
• Experience in continuous improvement
• Experience in Project Management
