responsibilities

As a Marine Sales Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Monitor the market, look for opportunities, identify potential customers and share insights with Sales Manager and Marketing
• Provide support to the Marine Lubricants Sales Organization for a group of marine customers
• Implement Sales and Marketing strategies to meet objectives
• Support, develop action plans and negotiate deals for a group of marine customers
• Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell product and services
• Analyze and understand market insights and the customer buying behavior

requirements

The ideal candidate for the position of a Marine Sales Account Manager will be expected to possess the following:

• BSc in Mechanical, Marine or Chemical Engineering
• 1-3 years of practical experience in external sales in marine lubricants or spares parts
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, and sales techniques
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer personal services
• Excellent command of English language (oral/verbal). Second language will be considered an
• asset
• IT competency and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational, oral, and written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• High energy with high level of self-initiative and strong sense of urgency
