What are the daily tasks of a Norwegian Customer Service Agent – Work From Home?

  • Act as the first point of contact for all the Norwegian speaking clients
  • Communicate with speed, empathy and effectiveness with customers via telephone, emails and online chats 
  • Be able to offer recommendations and guidance to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
  • Work effectively as part of a team, developing supportive relationship with colleagues 

requirements

The requirements of the Norwegian Customer Service Agent – Work From Home role are:  

  • An excellent level in Norwegian and a good level in English
  • PC literacy
  • An internet speed minimum of 4.0 Mb/s download and 0,5 Mb/s upload
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Client centric mindset
