responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Office Manager position include:

  • Manages reception area and looks after visitors
  • Support on a daily basis the Top Management of the company
  • Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
  • Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
  • Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
  • Performs general office clerk duties
  • Organizes and maintains office common areas
  • Provides support in customer requests
  • Support the Commercial Department whenever necessary

requirements

The ideal candidate for the Office Manager position should have:

  • University degree will be considered as a plus
  • 2 or more years office administration experience.
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent knowledge on English language
  • Multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solver and team player personality
