responsibilities

As an O&M Solar Project Manager, your duties have to do with:

• Identify technical and commercial baselines and flow-down requirements
• Provide support to the project managers regarding commercial issues
• Detect and highlight areas of potential opportunity and risk
• Daft and negotiate terms and conditions
• Work on insurances in order to cover risks and draft the insurance Annexes
• Comment on tender documents in order to identify risks at a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry best practises 
• Provide support on project contractual issues, tenders and disputes
• Represent company in meetings to enforce end defend its interests
• Optimize the quality and profitability of contracted services
• Ensure that all processes, tools and governance for the contract are fit for purpose and operate efficiently
• Deliver feedback on lessons learned
• Keep record of all active or inactive contracts
• Liaise with company’s legal counsel in order to create redline drafts

requirements

For the O & M Solar Project Manager position, you need to have:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering
• Understanding of contract law and project risk management
• Exposure to site construction and/or operation and maintenance issues
• IT literacy; proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English; both written and oral communication
• Ability to influence and work effectively with project stakeholders
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to keep up with a fast paced environment
• Strong problem solving skills
• Member of Technical Chamber of Greece
• A minimum 6-year solar energy industry professional with relevant experience in an EPC or O&M service provider, ideally demonstrating exposure to solar projects at global level
