HOW YOU’LL HELP THE TEAM SUCCEED:
The People and Culture Intern will learn and perform administrative functions related to benefits, wellness, and team member morale. This will include working with our People and Culture team and helping create various documents and campaigns for upcoming internal communications.
WE’LL TRUST YOU TO:
Perform administrative duties including filing and organization
Create engaging content for our wellness program
Create content for our new intranet
Redesign layout of company handbook
Help create and distribute company newsletter
Assist with content creation for company trainings
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
Candidate must be pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or Business Administration
At least a 3.0 GPA
Self starter with the ability to work independently
Detail oriented and well organized
Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in MS Office
Must be able to perform essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, accurately and safely with or without accommodation. Must comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as, state, federal and safety regulations
