POSITION SUMMARY
NorthRock Partners is looking for a high performing individual committed to providing lifestyle management support and life simplifying personal concierge services to a key high net worth client. The ideal candidate is highly discrete and has experience managing the demands and opportunities associated with the uniqueness of an ultra-high net worth household. The selected candidate will be deeply rooted in the individual’s day-to-day activities serving as their right-hand and personal assistant, while also assisting with administrative tasks as needed. The overall responsibility of the candidate is to customize the day to the individual, execute on a daily task list, optimize personal processes and routines, create efficiencies, and anticipate the needs of the individual and their household.
The Associate will be responsible for facilitating all tasks in a manner consistent with NorthRock standards, as well as the client’s individual expectations, and developing an excellent working relationship with the client and all special relationships associated with the household. They will be responsible for managing the home, properties, schedule, personal needs, and special projects on a daily basis for the individual and their household. This position requires more than an ability to complete directives – it demands a thoughtful and strategic self-starter with a drive to deliver exceptional results through optimized processes and systems to ensure every day the client is living their best life.
WHAT YOU’LL DO ONCE HERE
Continuously improve administrative standards for the client’s primary home and associated properties
Create and maintain a daily schedule to increase client’s professional focus and minimize personal activities
Master the intricacies of the client’s home and professional life to be able to anticipate and deliver on daily needs
Oversee and maintain all cleaning and organization needs for the client’s home and properties
Create, organize, and maintain an inventory list of all items needed for the client’s home and travel
Create an information bank for where the client and their family can order any necessary in-home items
Serve as a driver for the client and their household as necessary; arrange transportation when traveling
Order and ship gifts for the client
Tidy the client’s home prior to and after daily activities when in town
Arrange all communication, activities, reservations, and logistics for special events and meetings
Arrange and coordinate accommodations for travel as needed
Organize and scan documents as needed – for business and personal purposes
Build a trusted relationship with the client and their family
Travel with the client as necessary
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND MINDSET
Minimum of 3-5 years working as a personal assistant, house manager, or executive assistant
Proficiency in Greek required
Demonstrated ability to keep up with the day-to-day demands of an ultra-high net worth individual and their family
Record of success in improving processes
Excellent project management skills
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle, and prioritize simultaneous requests
Emotional maturity, professional mindset, and the utmost discretion
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
United States work authorization, with an ability to travel internationally at any time
Criminal Background Check is required
