responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Manager include:

• Manage the overall operations of the Quality Assurance department
• Design, operate and control the Quality Management System of the company
• Manage the daily activities, handling of complaints, deviations, change controls, documentation system
• Manage and coordinate Quality Assurance plans related to internal and external quality audits
• Develop, implement, communicate and maintain quality action plans to bring the company’s quality systems and policies into compliance with quality system requirements
• Cooperate with purchasing department to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
• Set and monitor KPIs for the performance of the Quality department
• Management of the process for handling customers’ complaints
• Cooperate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Technical departments

requirements

The ideal candidate for the Quality Assurance Manager position should have:

• University degree in Food Technology or Chemistry
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance in Food industry
• Experience in SOP audits
• Experience in project/ change management
• Fluency in English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of ERP will be considered a plus
• People management skills and experience
• Tracking and understanding of applicable country regulations
• Very good written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail and ethical
• Well-organized, accurate, with high level of reliability
