responsibilities
As an Regional Customer Service Manager your responsibilities will include:
- management of personnel, including capacity planning, performance monitoring, appraisals, objective setting, and development plans
- coaching and developing staff with regards to job requirements and customer service skills
- cyclical reporting of staff’s performance and perfect cooperation with sales and management teams
- taking prompt corrective action to deal with unforeseen circumstances and advising customer on alternate port options and seeking technical advice if appropriate before recommending alternate product
- engages in recommendations and implementation of regional and global process improvements within the CSR community and the business at large
requirements
If you want to put in your candidacy for the Regional Customer Service Manager position you should have:
- 5 years of relevant customer service experience
- experience in marine or shipping industry
- ability to effectively and efficiently interact cross culturally
- highly organized with ability to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
