POSITION

SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining and management of sample orders for Brand Ambassadors through deployment of new collections and recall of discontinued and phased out skus.

Manage communication and deploy convention sets to NYC and Miami showrooms.

Maintain sample bag planograms to ensure appropriate merchandising and capacity.

Ability to update and manage the sample bags/tray forecasts.

Enter in new sample orders, maintain returns, and sample log.

Maintain additional sets in NYC showroom and participate in sample audits/inventory.

Coordination of Brand Ambassador sample shipments for client meetings and events.

Responsible for the shipping and receiving of all showroom sample sets.

Supports the Sales Operations Manager in daily operations and or assigned tasks.

Maintain sales tools for Brand Ambassadors which includes iPad maintenance, ForSales, and B2B platform.

Ability to trouble shoot any sales tools and be a proactive problem solver.

Responsible for maintaining the master data base file and ability to analyze reports.

Assist Sales Operations Manager with authorized agreements for new brands and customers.

Centrally maintain all signed agreements.

Prepare linesheets for commercial teams based on global inputs and feedback.

Possess good communication both verbal/written and ability to interact with different teams cross functionally.

Execute and support with any company events and or tradeshows.

Ability to travel domestically/internationally for the needs of the business.

SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred

Minimum of 1-2+ years wholesale, fashion, luxury retail industry preferred

Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication both verbal/written

Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and can prioritize with a sense of urgency

Possess strong organization skills, analytical skills and have high attention to detail

Must be a team player, friendly, with great customer service and possess a professional attitude

Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Power Point, Excel with openness to learn additional software’s/programs (exposure to SAP is a plus)

Flexibility to travel as needed to support the needs of the business for events and or tradeshows

Ability to lift 25lbs + for sample bag management
