Job Description
The Screen Print Operator is responsible for operating an automatic screen printing press, to produce high quality products. The screen print operator must review back orders to ensure product accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Read work orders to ensure production accuracy, and operate an automatic screen printing press.
Maintain all materials, supplies, and work area in a clean and orderly manner/condition, and follow Safety and Sanitation procedures/policies.
Actively engage in safety programs.
Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary. This includes but is not limited to stocking, cleaning, facing returns of merchandise to shelves, and performing other duties as assigned or needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years of screen printing experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
General computer skills
2nd shift availability – 2:30pm-11:00pm
Preferred Requirements:
M&R Sportman experience preferred
Additional Information
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, talk, hear, walk and use hands and fingers; occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 30 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; depth perception; and ability to adjust focus.
