responsibilities

The main tasks in this senior reporting analyst role are for you to:

• Preparing or supporting the preparation of consolidated daily reports
• Preparing and analyzing Balance sheet reports
• Preparing Income statement
• Participate at every reporting period and perform projects as assigned
• Bank Covenants and Financial statistics
• Foreign Exchange Exposure (FX)
• Reviewing other daily reports and advising on validity and correctness
• Consolidated Daily cash
• Listed Equity portfolio holding reports
• Fixed income portfolio reports
• Ensuring successful data entry in the different company tools
• Any other relevant reports
• Participating in preparing Group Budget
• Collecting budgetary data from all departments and offices across the Group
• Reviewing budget reports and variance analysis
• Preparing ad-hoc reports as needed

requirements

In order to be suitable for this senior reporting analyst position you must possess:

• More than of 5 years experience in a similar role at a multinational organization within the Banking or Investment sector
• A BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field
• MSc degree or MBA will be an asset
• Excellent knowledge of English 
• Experience in setting up reports including data extractions from source systems, linking and cross checking results and reports
• Familiarity with database concepts and reporting tools; the successful candidate will be working closely with the IT Department for developing and maintaining reports
• Proficient in MS Office Excel (and database concepts, pivot tables, etc.)
• Database design knowledge is a plus
• Excellent command of English language (verbal and written)
• Able to meet deadlines and prioritize work
• Ability to analyze and present complex data
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• High level of work ethics and integrity
