responsibilities

As a Senior Solutions Engineer you will:

• Think creatively in order to bring the best solutions. Design, document and implement Proof of Concepts levering open source frameworks and tools
• Document and blog when needed
• Support pre-sales activities by answering to RFQs, executing demos and presentations
• Be part of the Solution build phases as a Scrum Master ensuring User Story understanding and timely execution by the development team. You work also as an active team member for fulfilling tasks within the sprint
• Bring your forward-thinking ideas and features and contribute in the product development cycle and backlog
• Utilize testing automation frameworks and tools and troubleshoot when needed 
• Build and maintain good relationships and communication with your peers, meet the team’s and company’s targets

requirements

What you need for this Senior Solutions Engineer:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• 5-7 years of experience programming in Java (Python would be considered a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in finding the best tech solution for production grade applications 
• Very good understanding of CI/CD pipeline, ideally you have used and configured DevOps tools (like Ansible, Jenkins, Docker) and version control systems (like Git)
• Very good understanding of IT infrastructure and especially with Linux operating system and shell scripting
• Experience in designing and implementing solutions 
• Experience in relational databases like SQL
• You have worked with the Agile principles
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Team player with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal
